1. Returns and Responsibility
All hired items must be
returned in the same condition
as received, by the agreed return date.
You are responsible for
any loss, theft, or damage
to hired items during the booking period.
Items returned late may incur additional fees. Items not returned within 14 days of the due date may be considered lost and charged accordingly.
If items are damaged or lost,
you may be charged a repair or replacement fee
, up to the full value of the item.
2. Insurance and Liability
If you are hiring items for use at a
non-SU event
, you are required to hold
Public Liability Insurance
covering the use of hired equipment.
SU Australia is
not liable
for any injury, damage, or loss arising from the use or misuse of hired items.
You agree to
indemnify SU Australia
against all claims or costs resulting from your use of hired items.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
All bookings are final once confirmed. Please review your booking carefully before proceeding.
Cancellations made
more than 7 days
prior to the booking may be eligible for a refund (minus any administrative fees).
Cancellations made
within 7 days
of the booking date are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise in writing.
SU Australia understands that unexpected situations can arise. We will work with you to assess your circumstances and may waive fees or cancel bookings where appropriate, at our discretion.
4. Acceptance of Terms
You must accept these terms before placing a booking.
